His passion for cooking first began at the age of 14 where he found himself expressing his craft and creativity through food.
As such, we opted for the 4-course desserts-only menu on this particular visit.
The artistry in the food is something to behold and my daughter who has studied patisserie was in awe.

The flavours themselves were excellent and complimentary of each other over the course of the night.
Chilly shaved ice, tart passionfruit, and a creamy coconut yoghurt at the bottom of the bowl all contribute to this feeling.
