Starting from the General Manager Jose Portocarrero who made our days very pleasant and it comes to my mind the names of Carla, Sebastian, Esteban and Brenda but all in all every single one of them that we encountered were the same.
The check-in was a bit unfortunate that it took time because there were many people, and it was regrettable that the room temperature could not be adjusted because the temperature of the room was the whole heating system.
