The movie captures the deadly aftermath of the hijacking of the Transatlantic 473, which quickly gives way to a supernatural disaster once the protagonist, Nadja Peri Baumeister , transforms into a fully fledged vampire.
It suppresses her vampiric tendencies when taken frequently, but is very painful and not a long term solution.
Still, the final result is still a fun, worthwhile bloodbath.

What do the terrorists want? Can it give us super human strength in times of crisis? Amazingly, they almost succeed, largely due to heartfelt performances from Peri Baumeister and Carl Anton Koch.
However, what exactly prompted the positive reviews is not immediately obvious.
Eightball just takes one look at him, slashes him to finish him off, and leaves him to be eaten by the vampires he turns later.
