Gleneagles - Gleneagles Apartments

We hope you continue to enjoy Gleneagles for many years to come.

There were some really polite and professional staff members, while others were downright cynical and dismissive.

We decided this was a pleasant offer so we took them up on it as we were planning to return in the Spring for a special family celebration.

That's not all though - as a result of the upgrade not being possible, they had offered that our last nights' meal be taken care of complimentary of Gleneagles by way of apologies for the previous errors.
