So annoying that I need to go be around people unnecessarily like this!.
The system says that I have overstayed, so there is no communication with the immigration records that I can do the process again.
I get as far as being asked my nationality but no options come up in the drop down menu and the app will not allow me to manually enter my nationality.

They really need a database that compiles the next appointment dates on the 90 report approvals to allow this to be used by everyone.
I have the same issue with the online form, so I assume that they are on the same networks.
