The Cheesecake Water Bath Cheesecake batter is a delicate form of custard with eggs and cream that loves a humid environment.
But sometimes you just have to make an excuse, right?? I baked 96 mini cupcakes.
Thought the peanut butter would come through and it did, really well and not too over powering.
Using a small sharp knife, loosen crust from sides of pan; cool cheesecake completely on rack.
But it came out perfectly.
